Peter delivers Strategic and Business Planning workshops as well as team and individual development programmes. He also facilitates workshops on leadership training, and 360° feedback processes. He has completed a Masters Degree in Management of Change and is Master accredited in the Team Management System. Before joining TMS, Peter was involved in the implementation of a number of change processes within the Greater Manchester Police in the UK. In particular, this involved organisational restructuring, introduction of quality programmes and the coordination of human resource strategies.
Peter has delivered thousands of successful workshops in his 20 years experience in Strategic facilitation, Business Planning Leadership and Team Development. He now has access to an extensive toolbox of methodologies that are designed to obtain the desired outputs. As well as working in NZ and Australia he has successfully facilitated workshops in the Pacific Islands, Japan, China, USA, Western and Northern Europe. His style has been described as personable yet challenging with an unwavering passion for individual, team and organisational growth.
