Greg is a specialist in partnering with leaders and staff across the employee life cycle to enable business outcomes through organisational development initiatives. Greg is passionate about leadership and culture. He has high level experience in the design, implementation and management of initiatives in the areas of leadership and talent development, organisational culture, strategic and workforce planning, and high-performance team development. As a result of his experience, capacity for delivering results and 'down to earth' style, he is highly sought after as a consultant, facilitator and strategic adviser.
Greg has worked for AIM, PwC and has directed his own company since 1992. Greg works as a sessional lecturer at Australian Catholic University in HRM and has lectured in strategy, organisational behaviour and HRM at UQ Business School and QUT.
Greg travels from Brisbane, QLD and is available to partner with organisations across Australia.
