Karen Gately has been leading the Corporate Dojo team for 16 years. Prior to that, was a HR Director for 10 years. Karen is a passionate optimist with unwavering belief in the power of the human spirit. An author, speaker, advisor and educator in the fields of human performance and leadership, she brings a fresh perspective to what it takes to be a successful manager of people. Karen is the Founder of Corporate Dojo, an organisation striving to create a global movement that champions leaders. 

Karen travels from Melbourne, VIC and is available to partner with organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
