Linking - the integration of people and work processes - is necessary to ensure high performance at work. Our 360° diagnostic tool, the Linking Leader Profile (LLP), provides the ability to identify a leader's performance around people, task and leadership-related skills delivered via 2 x 2 hour sessions. The LLP assists the leader in developing strategies to improve their performance for the benefit of the organization.

This feedback tool evaluates 13 competencies that form the basis of outstanding leadership.
