Known for her high-energy and engaging delivery, Jane partners with organisations to build contemporary leadership capability, strengthen team performance, and create purpose-driven workplace cultures.
Jane works with Executive, Director, and Senior Leadership teams, as well as Top Talent and Emerging Leaders across private, corporate, public sector, local government and not-for-profit organisations. Clients supported through the Team Management Profile (TMP) include the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Parliamentary Services and South Australia Police, among many others.
In 2024, WunderTraining was named Best Team Building & Leadership Training Provider in the Corporate Vision Education and Training Awards.
Jane has developed and delivered 'Elevate Leadership – the Best Ever Leadership Program', a flagship six-month initiative designed to build contemporary leadership capability, strengthen succession pipelines, and connect cross-functional leaders. This program is regularly implemented in local government and tailored to meet sector-specific needs. Day 1 includes the TMP, enabling leaders to gain deep insight into their work preferences and team dynamics - laying the foundation for high performance and collaboration from the outset.
Jane has also designed a highly successful two-day Senior Leadership Program including the TMP for South Australia Police, delivered across metro and regional locations as part of a competitive tender.
