Having conducted TMS workshops for almost 15 years, Michelle has moved into more sustainable practices - building on TMS workshops and concepts in the workplace to truly embed the TMS experience into everyday work life. Michelle has used TMS concepts to help organisations drive culture, business outcomes, recruitment, leadership development, team cohesion, personal development, strategic planning, and embed new ways of embracing agile work practices.
