TMS Global Platform Sub-Processor Register

This register lists all third-party sub-processors that process personal data as part of the TMS Global psychometric profiling platform (tms.global). It supplements the TMS Global Privacy Policy and the GDPR Addendum.

Current Sub-Processors

  1. Microsoft Corporation (Azure Cloud Infrastructure)

    • Location: Australia East (primary); Germany / Frankfurt (EU respondent data)
    • Purpose: Platform hosting, SQL databases, API services, identity management
    • Data Processed: Respondent data, profile reports, questionnaire responses, account data
    • Transfer Mechanism: EU Data Boundary (Frankfurt region for EU/EEA respondents). Australia–EU: Microsoft DPA with SCCs.

  2. Twilio, Inc. (SendGrid)

    • Location: United States
    • Purpose: Transactional email delivery — account invitations, profile notifications, password resets
    • Data Processed: Email address, name, email content
    • Transfer Mechanism: SCCs (EU 2021/914)

  3. Credly (Pearson Education, Inc.)

    • Location: United States (AWS)
    • Purpose: Digital accreditation badge issuance and verification
    • Data Processed: Practitioner name, email, accreditation type, date of accreditation
    • Transfer Mechanism: SCCs (Module 1 + 2, Irish law) via Credly DPA

Key Facts

  • EU/EEA respondent data stays in Europe. Respondent data for EU and EEA users is hosted in the Microsoft Azure Germany / Frankfurt region. TMS Global does not independently transfer EU respondent data to Australia.
  • Australian respondent data stays in Australia. The primary platform infrastructure is hosted in Microsoft Azure Australia East.
  • Two sub-processors involve US transfers: Twilio SendGrid (transactional email) and Credly (digital badges). Both are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • No respondent data is used for AI training. The TMS Global psychometric platform does not use AI processing. For AI features, see the TeamOS Sub-Processor Register.

How to Be Notified of Changes

We will notify subscribers at least 30 days before any new sub-processor begins processing personal data. To subscribe, email info@teammanagementsystems.com with the subject line "Sub-processor notifications."

If you object to a new sub-processor, contact us within 14 days of notification. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we cannot resolve the objection, you may terminate your use of the affected features.
