Anne Paterson has over 25 years' experience in Learning and Development and Human Resource Management gained in the UK, mainland Europe and Australia. Anne has an MA Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Certificate in Neuroleadership and accreditations in the TMS suite of instruments, Genos Emotional Intelligence and Situational Leadership II.
Before establishing Results Through People in 1995, Anne worked in both public and private sectors, and in her corporate career with British Airways, she held the positions of Head of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager Europe leading a team of 6 people and providing an HR service to 24 European countries. Anne is a TMS Master Trainer and has facilitated public and inhouse Team Management Profiling accreditation workshops for TMS. She works with clients in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management, Team Development, Resilience Building, Unconscious Bias and Emotional Intelligence as well as providing workshop facilitation and coaching services.
