As Co-Founder and Managing Director of HummingByrd Inc. Tim and his team utilise the full suite of tools within team development and intervention workshops, leadership workshops and executive coaching. An example of some of the clients which actively utilise the Profiles include DuPont, Henkel Corporation, L'Oreal, Pfizer Inc., Red Hat, and Sumitomo Corporation.
When interacting with a client HummingByrd aims to identify the clients needs and understand the dynamics of the engagement. HummingByrd's needs analysis meetings and follow-up meetings help to frame the type of workshop that will be run and the type of tool which will be used to achieve the best possible results. Based on the needs analysis Tim develops a workshop overview and time frame for discussion with each client. Since integrating the TMS suite of Profiles in Japan, HummingByrd has had great success and their clients appreciate the role the tools play in building organisational culture and developing strong high performing teams.
